This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, throat pain, and heaviness in the head due to common cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It helps to reduce the discomfort in daily life by improving these symptoms and maintaining a pleasant state.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older): 1 piece, 3 times a day, dissolve in mouth. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by children under 15 years old. People who have had an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its components should avoid taking it. Those taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anticholinergic drugs, or who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks, should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not take other nasal treatments, cold medicines with antihistamines, cough suppressants or expectorants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, or analgesics and antispasmodics containing other drugs. Consult a healthcare professional if you are undergoing treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, are elderly, or have a history of drug allergies before taking this medication. Additionally, individuals with symptoms of high fever, difficulty urinating, dry mouth, or conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disorders, heart disease, or hypertension should also consult a doctor before taking. If you have a persistent cough for more than a week due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema, or if your cough is accompanied by fever, headache, or rash, consult a healthcare professional. If you experience skin rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, insomnia, irritability, headache, cramps, difficulty urinating, facial flushing, or photophobia while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. If you have symptoms like blue bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, dyspnea, dizziness, hematuria, sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat, visit a hospital immediately as these may indicate a serious blood condition. This medication must be used according to the prescribed dosage and duration; if symptoms do not improve after taking it for 5–6 days, stop using it and consult a professional. Children over 15 years should use this medication under the supervision of a guardian. As drowsiness may occur, avoid driving or operating machinery, and abstain from alcohol during treatment. Keep this medication out of reach of children, store it in a sealed container away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Do not transfer to another container, and take care to avoid damage to the aluminum sheet and contents. Take it immediately after opening, and do not use after the expiration date.
