How to take

Precautions

This medication is used for treating asthma and allergic rhinitis. When taking this medication, it is important to be aware of symptoms of neuropsychiatric disorders. For example, symptoms such as agitation, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts may occur, so consult a doctor immediately if such symptoms arise. This medication contains artificial sweetener aspartame, so it is advisable for patients with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria to avoid this medication. If the formulation contains lactose, it should not be administered to patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance. This medication is not a rescue treatment for acute asthma attacks; therefore, separate emergency medications should be used when acute symptoms occur. Patients with hypersensitivity to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid these medications while taking this drug.
