Adult dose
For upper respiratory infections such as recurrent tonsillitis, lower respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and skin and soft tissue infections of mild to moderate severity, the dosage of amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium is 25 mg/3.6 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 2 doses per day. In the case of severe infections like otitis media, sinusitis, bronchopneumonia, and urinary tract infections, the dosage is 45 mg/6.4 mg of amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium per kg of body weight per day.
Child dose
The 7:1 syrup is not suitable for infants under 2 months of age and is also not suitable for pediatric patients with renal impairment.

This medication is used for the treatment of various bacterial infections. It is effective for respiratory infections such as acute or chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, empyema, and lung abscess, as well as treating tonsillitis, sinusitis, and otitis media. It is also used in urinary tract infections including cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis, and for pelvic infections and gonorrhea. It is used for skin and bone-related infections such as boils, abscesses, soft tissue infections, wound infections, and osteomyelitis. It is also helpful in treating dental infections. It is used to improve symptoms of various bacterial infections.

How to take

Adult dose
