Relief of cold symptoms (sore throat, cough, etc.)
This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by colds, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle ache.
For adults, take 1 tablet once, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe allergic reactions such as rash or blisters appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken alongside other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, those who have a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, or those who are currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should avoid taking this medication. Additionally, individuals with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should also avoid use. While taking this medication, avoid using it in combination with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Individuals who are hypersensitive to Yellow No. 4 should use this medication with caution. For children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, especially those under 15 years of age, consultation with a professional is essential before taking this medication due to the risk of Reye's syndrome. For infants over 3 months and under 2 years of age, the decision to use should be made after consulting with a doctor, and a caregiver should carefully monitor them if they take it. Individuals who have previously experienced symptoms of drug allergies or have liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, elderly patients, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, anxiety occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor; urgent treatment is required, especially if hives, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions occur. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. There is a risk of side effects when used in combination with certain medications, so consult a professional prior to use. Store this medication out of the reach of children, and keep it sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, preferably not transferring it to another container.

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson agents, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or oral medications containing antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants concurrently.
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. The storage temperature should be maintained between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. By storing it this way, the effectiveness of the medication can be preserved for a long time.
