Precautions

This medication is not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should not be administered to patients who are prone to bleeding or are taking medications that interfere with blood coagulation. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should also avoid using this medication. Patients who have had allergic reactions to any components of this medication should refrain from taking it. Since it contains lactose, it should not be administered to patients with genetically determined lactose intolerance or related conditions. It is recommended that this medication not be used in children under 12 years of age. Taking this medication may sometimes result in gastrointestinal problems such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea. Rarely, gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur, and allergy symptoms such as skin rashes or itching may also be observed. Very rarely, severe allergic reactions such as facial swelling or difficulty breathing may occur, requiring caution. It may affect liver function causing elevated liver enzymes or symptoms of hepatitis. Platelet levels may decrease, so it is advisable to regularly check blood test results. If signs of liver damage appear during treatment, such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite, it is essential to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a physician. If persistent fever, difficulty in breathing, or coughing up blood-stained phlegm occurs, discontinue the medication and visit a hospital. The medication should not be taken while lying down; it is preferable to take it while sitting or standing. While no significant interactions with other medications have been reported, caution is advised for patients taking anticoagulants as this medication may affect blood coagulation. There have been no reported cases of overdose, but side effects may worsen, so do not exceed the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if issues arise. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and should not be transferred to another container.
