How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medicine is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning). Doses may be adjusted based on blood pressure control: 40/5 mg, 80/5 mg, and 40/10 mg, with dosage adjustments recommended for patients with renal impairment and the elderly.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimester, as it may pose a serious risk to the fetus.
