This medication helps alleviate various symptoms associated with colds. It improves nasal symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing, and reduces discomfort from sore throat. Overall, it is effective against the symptoms caused by colds and aids in speedy recovery.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. While taking this medication, severe skin reactions such as sudden rashes, blisters, or intense itching may occur, so if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken concurrently with other medications containing acetaminophen. The medication also contains pseudoephedrine, so if fever or red spots/blisters on the skin appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Individuals with allergic reactions to this medication, a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, or those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. During treatment, it is safe not to take cough medications, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines together with this medication. Additionally, this medication may cause drowsiness, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and individuals with chronic conditions should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication must be taken at the prescribed dose and frequency, and long-term use is not recommended. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and do not transfer to another container.
