Improvement of epithelial disorders of the ocular conjunctiva (endogenous and exogenous)
This medication is used for the treatment of epithelial disorders of the ocular conjunctiva caused by endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous epithelial disorders resulting from surgery, drug effects, trauma, and contact lens wear.
Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day. Adjust as needed according to symptoms.
This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to protein-based drugs or who have hypersensitivity to its ingredients. When using this medication, symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, redness, corneal disorders, foreign body sensation, eye discharge, and eye pain may occur. If these symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Additionally, eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may occasionally occur; if these symptoms appear, stop using and consult a doctor. This medication may result in more frequent side effects when used with steroids, dry eye medications, antibiotics, glaucoma medications, allergy medications, cataract medications, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics. Do not use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; after using another eye drop, wait about 30 minutes before using this medication. This medication is for ophthalmic use only and care should be taken to prevent the tip of the container from contacting the eyelid or eyelashes. To avoid contamination by eye discharge or bacteria, do not let it come into contact with the eye. For single-use products, discard 1-2 drops when first using to remove any container fragments that may occur upon opening. To prevent contamination, do not share it with others, and use it immediately after opening; discard any remaining solution and the container afterward. This medication contains phosphates, which can rarely lead to corneal calcification in cases of severe corneal damage, so caution is advised. Store out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place. For quality maintenance, do not transfer to another container.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. The suitable storage temperature is in a cool place between 1 degree and 25 degrees, avoiding direct sunlight or high temperatures.
