This medicine helps relieve various symptoms caused by a cold. It soothes sore throat and cough, and reduces systemic symptoms such as chills and fever. How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so anyone who consumes more than three drinks a day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. In addition, serious skin reactions such as a rash or blisters may occur rarely, so if any skin rash or allergic reaction occurs, stop taking it immediately. This medicine contains acetaminophen, so care should be taken not to exceed 4,000mg in a day, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with an allergy to this medicine or its components, those who have previously had asthma, infants under three months old, or those with certain genetic disorders should not take it. Additionally, those currently taking or recently discontinuing certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with other cough medicines, cold medicines, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and do not take it for long periods, and avoid alcohol while taking it. Exercise caution when taking this medication with certain antidepressants or antibiotics, and discontinue use immediately if abnormal symptoms occur. Finally, keep this medication out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container.

Drug interactions
