Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 pouch (single dose) three times a day before or between meals.

If abnormal symptoms such as facial or limb swelling or increased blood pressure occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, spasms, skin rashes, indigestion, liver dysfunction, difficulty breathing, urinary disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, or palpitations appear, discontinue use and seek advice. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after a certain period of use, stop and consult a professional.
