Adult dose

Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, taken with a small amount of water.

This medication is not safe for use in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should not be administered to patients with a tendency for bleeding or those taking anticoagulant medications. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should also avoid this medication. If there is an allergy to any of the ingredients in this medication, it should not be used. Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. Children under the age of 12 should not use this medication. This medication contains lactose, making it unsuitable for patients with lactose intolerance. While taking this medication, digestive symptoms such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur, so caution is advised. Occasionally, gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur, along with possible allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching. Very rarely, severe allergic reactions such as facial swelling, breathing difficulties, and hypotension may occur, so immediate consultation with a doctor is recommended if any unusual symptoms appear. Liver function abnormalities may occur, so if symptoms such as jaundice, changes in urine color, or severe abdominal pain arise, discontinuation and a visit to a hospital are necessary. There may be a decrease in platelet count, so it is advisable to regularly check blood test results. No specific drug interactions have been reported with this medication, but caution should be observed when taken with medications that affect blood coagulation. If symptoms do not improve, or if symptoms such as fever, breathing difficulties, or blood-stained sputum persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. It is recommended to avoid lying down while taking this medication; sitting or standing is preferable. In case of overdose, side effects may worsen, so consult with a doctor. This medication should be stored in a secure location out of reach of children and not transferred to another container. The effects of this medication on driving or operating machinery are unknown, but caution should be exercised if unusual symptoms occur.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (facial edema), difficulty breathing, hypotension (opposite of hypertension, but possible severe circulatory issues), liver damage (including dark urine, decreased appetite as signs of jaundice)
