Adult dose

For adults: 1 pouch (1 bottle) per dose, taken 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7-14: 2/3 pouch (2/3 bottle) per dose (2/3 of the adult dose), for ages 4-6: 1/2 pouch (1/2 bottle) per dose (1/2 of the adult dose), to be taken 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medicine should not be taken by newborns. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medicine. Additionally, nursing mothers should also avoid taking this medicine. Patients with high blood pressure or older adults should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Discontinue immediately if any abnormal symptoms like skin rash, itching, or hives appear.
