1. For improvement of ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness due to thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger's disease), the usual adult dose is 2 tablets orally 3 times daily. 2. For improvement of subjective symptoms (lower limb pain and numbness) and walking ability due to acquired lumbar spinal stenosis (in patients with a normal SLR test and bilateral intermittent claudication), the usual adult dose is 1 tablet orally 3 times daily. Adjust the dose appropriately according to age and symptoms.
