Patients with cardiovascular diseases or conduction disorders should exercise caution, as this drug may slow down heart rate or induce arrhythmia. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or currently on nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should use this medication carefully due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or worsening of peptic ulcers.
