This medication is primarily used for the treatment of essential hypertension and is also effective in patients with heart failure who are intolerant to ACE inhibitors, classified from NYHA Class II to IV. Additionally, it helps reduce the risk of death in clinically stable patients with left ventricular dysfunction or left ventricular systolic dysfunction after myocardial infarction. How to take

Adult dose

Essential Hypertension: Take with water during meals or between meals.
