This medication is used to prevent and relieve dizziness, nausea, and vomiting caused by motion sickness.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adolescents over 12 years and adults: Place 1-2 pieces on the tongue once daily and allow them to dissolve. After they dissolve, swallow immediately without holding in the mouth. For prevention of motion sickness, take 1 hour before transportation.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or by nursing mothers. Additionally, people allergic to diphenylmethane drugs, patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, those with urinary problems due to prostatic hyperplasia, and children under 12 years old should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication with alcohol or sedatives and tranquilizers that may cause drowsiness. Also, it is best to avoid combining with other antiemetics, cold medicines, antipyretics and analgesics, antihistamines, and cough suppressants, and taking it with monoamine oxidase inhibitors may intensify the drug's effects. Individuals with a history of drug allergies, those currently taking other medications, patients with asthma or chronic respiratory diseases, adolescents over 12 years old, and elderly persons should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If dizziness, skin rashes or itching, difficulty urinating, or increased or prolonged mouth dryness occurs during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. This medication must be taken as directed regarding dosage and frequency, and since drowsiness may occur, driving or operating hazardous machinery should be avoided. It is safest not to consume alcoholic beverages during treatment. Although studies on the use during pregnancy have not reported significant risks, animal experiments suggest that there may be an increased risk of fetal malformation; caution is advised during pregnancy. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it should not be transferred to another container.
