Temporary relief of allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes and nasal congestion
This medication is used to temporarily relieve symptoms such as itchy and watery eyes, runny nose, itching of the nose and throat, sneezing, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure.
Adults over 12 years: Take 20 mL (4 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
Ages 2-6: Take 5 mL (1 teaspoon) every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours. Ages 6-12: Take 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
This medicine contains pseudoephedrine, which can cause severe skin reactions such as rash or pustules. Discontinue this medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you notice fever or red spots on the skin, or small blisters. This medication should not be used by individuals who are taking certain medications or have recently discontinued them, especially those who are taking MAO inhibitors for depression, mental health disorders, or Parkinson's disease, or have stopped taking them within the last two weeks. If you are uncertain about your current medications, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. People with severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, as well as those with severe kidney disease or renal failure, should not take this medication. Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, asthma, or chronic bronchitis should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and be cautious when administering it to children, as it may cause excitability. This medication can cause drowsiness; taking it with sedatives or tranquilizers may intensify drowsiness. If you experience anxiety, dizziness, insomnia, or similar symptoms while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or if you develop a fever, stop taking the medication and seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. If throat pain persists for more than 2 days or you experience headache, fever, rash, nausea, or vomiting, discontinue the medication and consult a healthcare professional. If you notice serious skin reactions such as acute generalized pustular rash, fever, erythema, or small pustules, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Symptoms of ischemic colitis, such as sudden abdominal pain or rectal bleeding, may occur related to pseudoephedrine; if these symptoms arise, you should stop taking the medication. Also, if you experience sudden severe headache, nausea, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances, indicative of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy or cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome, discontinue the medication immediately. If you accidentally take too much medication, seek help from a doctor or pharmacist immediately, and even if you have no symptoms, you should seek medical assistance immediately. This medication is not to be used by children under 2 years of age, and if absolutely necessary, a doctor's evaluation is required. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain the quality of the medication, it should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container may compromise its quality or lead to misuse.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
Do not take this medication with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs, used for depression, mental and emotional disorders, and some treatments for Parkinson's disease). Do not take if you have stopped MAO inhibitor treatment within the last two weeks. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking with sedatives or tranquilizers.
This medication may be sensitive to light, so it should be stored in a dark, opaque container. Additionally, it is important to keep it at room temperature, between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius, to maintain its effectiveness.
