Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with symptoms of orthostatic hypotension may experience worsened symptoms if they take this medication, so it should be avoided. It is not administered to patients with severely impaired liver function, as it may accumulate excessively in the body. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Patients with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should also not use this medication. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should use this medication with caution, as its concentration may increase. Elderly patients may have different bodily responses, so careful judgment is required before administration. Patients who are taking antihypertensive agents or certain cardiovascular medications should be cautious due to the risk of dangerously low blood pressure interactions with this medication. When used in conjunction with PDE5 inhibitors, there may be significant blood pressure reduction, so special care is needed when taking them together. Patients taking alpha-1 blockers typically should not use this medication; however, if necessary, it should be administered very cautiously. Patients with a history of urinary syncope may also be at risk with this medication. During the use of this medication, symptoms like dizziness, drowsiness, low blood pressure, or palpitations may occur, so if these symptoms are severe, consult a doctor immediately. If allergic symptoms such as skin rash or itching occur, discontinue the medication and inform medical personnel. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dyspepsia, nausea, or vomiting may also occur, and if symptoms persist, seek medical attention. If there are signs of liver function abnormalities or jaundice, stop taking the medication immediately and see a doctor. This medication may lower blood pressure, so be cautious not to overdose. Blood pressure may suddenly drop upon standing, so move slowly when getting up. This medication helps alleviate symptoms but does not treat the underlying cause; if ineffective, consider other treatment options. Be cautious as dizziness or drowsiness may occur when driving or operating hazardous machinery. This medication is not suitable for children or women, and safety and efficacy have not been established for pediatric patients under 18 years of age. Elderly patients should start with a lower dosage and be monitored for their condition while administering. When taking the medication, remove it from the packaging and swallow whole; do not chew or open capsules to ensure the efficacy remains unchanged. This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Avoid storage in extremely hot or cold places.
