How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older 1 packet (20ml) per dose, taken three times a day after meals with a 4-hour interval.

Child dose

Ages 11 years and older – under 15 years 2/3 packet per dose, ages 7 years and older – under 11 years 1/2 packet per dose, ages 3 years and older – under 7 years 1/3 packet per dose, ages 2 years and older – under 3 years

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by someone who regularly consumes more than three drinks of alcohol daily, as liver damage may occur. Acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause severe skin disorders, so if a skin rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, use should be stopped immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. If any skin abnormal symptoms such as fever, erythema, or small blisters appear while taking this medication containing pseudoephedrine, it should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Individuals with allergies to this medication or those who have previously experienced hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not take it. Those who have had asthma symptoms, infants under three months, those taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and individuals with severe hypertension or serious kidney disease should also not take this medication. While taking this medication, one should not take cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with specific allergic conditions, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as the elderly, should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness appear during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a physician. If severe allergic reactions or symptoms of liver dysfunction occur, immediate medical attention is required. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, do not use it for an extended period, and supervise children when administering it to them. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and consult a professional regarding potential interactions with specific medications.
