Relief of phlegm and cough
Symptoms that cause phlegm and cough are commonly seen in respiratory diseases. These primarily include respiratory infections such as bronchitis, colds, and pneumonia, as well as chronic respiratory diseases like chronic bronchitis. This medication is used to relieve phlegm and cough symptoms caused by such respiratory diseases.
Adults and children aged 15 and above: Take 2 capsules orally after meals three times a day.
Children aged 8 to 14 years: Take 1 capsule orally after meals three times a day.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to it. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum and children under 8 years old should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other cough suppressants or cold medications that stop cough or phlegm. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly, and those with allergic tendencies or a history of drug allergy symptoms must consult a professional before taking this medication. Those with heart, liver, or kidney diseases or a history of gastric ulcers should also seek advice before taking. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, headache, abdominal pain, or blood-streaked sputum occur during use, cease taking immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if severe skin disorders or symptoms of anaphylactic shock or liver dysfunction arise, stop taking immediately and consult healthcare personnel. If symptoms do not improve after 3 to 4 days of taking, it is necessary to stop the medication and consult a doctor. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and children should be given this medication under the supervision of an adult. If diarrhea or symptoms of dry mouth occur, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Taking this medication may temporarily increase the amount of phlegm, and prolonged high dosage may result in a temporary increase in liver enzyme levels. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. The medication should be kept in its original container, tightly closed, as transferring it to another container may pose a risk of misuse or degradation of quality.
