Patients with both asthma and allergic rhinitis should take it once daily, 1 tablet, 1 packet, or 1 dose in the evening. Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, so it is important not to use it in patients with a genetic disorder called phenylketonuria. The aspartame in this medicine is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, so it should not be administered to patients who need to limit their intake of phenylalanine. Patients should also take care not to exceed the daily allowable intake of aspartame, which should not exceed 2.4 grams per day for adults. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication should not use it, and it contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should also refrain from taking it. This medication is not for use during acute asthma attacks, and appropriate emergency medications should always be prepared during acute symptoms. When reducing the dose of inhaled corticosteroids, adjustments should be made gradually, following the doctor's instructions, and not suddenly. During the use of this medication, neuropsychiatric symptoms, such as restlessness, anxiety, depression, and hallucinations may occur, and patients should inform their doctor of any such changes. Do not use this medication alone to treat exercise-induced bronchospasm, and inhaled β-agonists should be used as needed. Patients with hypersensitivity to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid using these medications while taking this medication. In rare cases among asthma patients, eosinophilia and vasculitis may occur, so physicians should carefully monitor the patient's condition. No significant interactions have been reported when this medication is used with other medications, but monitoring by a doctor may be necessary when used in combination with certain drugs. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a doctor before taking this medication, as no major abnormalities were noted in animal studies, but safety in humans has not been fully established. It is also available for use in children and the elderly, but safety and efficacy have not been established in children under 6 months or patients with allergic rhinitis under 6 months of age. There is no specific antidote for overdose, so general treatment and monitoring based on symptoms are necessary, and severe symptoms require immediate medical attention. This medication is sensitive to light, so it should be opened just before use, taken immediately after preparation, and stored out of reach of children. Finally, this medication should be taken continuously even when asthma symptoms are absent, and if symptoms worsen or abnormal symptoms appear, medical consultation should be sought immediately.
