Improvement of difficulty in expectoration in acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma
This medication is used to improve symptoms of difficulty in expectoration in respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
Acute disease: 200 mg once, 3 times a day Chronic disease: 200 mg once, 2 times a day
Acute disease: Ages 6 to 14, 200 mg once, 2 times a day Chronic disease: Ages 6 to 14, 100 mg once, 3 times a day Cystic fibrosis: Ages 6 and older, 200 mg once, 3 times a day
This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should not use this medication. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that prevent them from digesting lactose should not take it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult a doctor before taking this medication. Nursing mothers should also use caution as it is uncertain whether this medication can be excreted in breast milk. Individuals allergic to or sensitive to the ingredient Yellow No. 5 contained in this medication should also exercise caution. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, heartburn, or diarrhea occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. If allergic reactions such as hives, itching, skin rash, headache, tinnitus, or asthma attacks occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or elevated blood pressure may occur, and in rare cases, a severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis may occur, so it should be discontinued immediately if abnormal symptoms arise. If symptoms of difficulty in breathing appear, it is essential to consult a professional. When taking this medication, some oral antibiotics may lose effectiveness, so it is advisable to take them at least 2 hours apart. Mixing this medication with other drugs in solution should be avoided. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer the medication to another container from its original container for safety.
Hives, bronchospasm (especially in asthma patients), anaphylaxis, difficulty in breathing

This medication should be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, tiamphenicol).
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. Additionally, it should be stored at room temperature, avoiding places that are too hot or too cold, ideally between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
