This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to specific components or have hereditary lactose intolerance issues. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, and peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. Patients with liver diseases or a history of liver diseases should use this medication cautiously due to the potential worsening of liver function. Patients with abnormalities in fat metabolism, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also use this medication with caution. If any allergic reactions occur during usage, such as rashes, urticaria, swelling of the face or limbs, or itching, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Drowsiness, headache, dizziness, insomnia, and nightmares may occur, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation may occur, so you should report any unusual symptoms. Regular liver function testing is necessary, as liver function test results may increase or jaundice symptoms may occur. This medication may also affect kidney function, so monitoring for symptoms of renal abnormalities such as proteinuria is required. Urinary symptoms such as frequent urination, hematuria, and urinary retention may rarely occur, so caution is advised. Symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, and nasal obstruction may occur, so report any abnormal symptoms to medical personnel immediately. Periodic blood tests are necessary as there may be changes such as thrombocytopenia or leukocytosis. In women, symptoms such as gynecomastia, menstrual irregularities, and breast pain may rarely appear. This medication is not a fast-acting treatment for asthma attacks, so asthma patients should understand this and use it accordingly. Patients who are on long-term steroid treatment should be careful with dosage adjustments when taking this medication. This medication can cause drowsiness, so take care when driving or operating machinery. If the medication is ineffective, it is advisable not to take it for a prolonged period. For patients with seasonal allergies, starting the medication before symptoms begin is recommended. Patients with excess fat burden should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the drug dosage as needed. The possibility of interaction with other drugs is very low, but it is always advisable to consult with medical personnel when taking new medications. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, so it should be used cautiously only when necessary, and breastfeeding women should avoid taking it or stop breastfeeding. Safety for children, newborns, and infants has not been sufficiently established, so caution is advised for use. Elderly individuals should carefully observe for unusual symptoms and may need dosage adjustments due to potential declines in liver and kidney function. Overdose may result in cardiac rhythm abnormalities, so in an emergency, gastric lavage and symptomatic treatment should be carried out. Store the medication out of reach of children and avoid transferring it to other containers.
