Improvement of difficulty in sputum discharge in acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, etc.
Patients may experience difficulty in discharging sputum, which commonly occurs in respiratory diseases such as acute or chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis. These conditions lead to discomfort due to inflammation or increased mucus secretion around the bronchi and lungs, making it hard to discharge sputum. Thus, this medication is used to assist in the discharge of sputum and improve symptoms by facilitating breathing.
Acute disease: 200 mg once, three times a day Chronic disease: 200 mg once, twice a day
Acute disease: 6 to 14 years 200 mg once, twice a day 2 to 5 years 100 mg once, three times a day Chronic disease: 6 to 14 years 100 mg once, three times a day Cystic fibrosis: 6 years and over 1
This medication has a maximum dosage limit per day, so care must be taken not to exceed the prescribed amount. This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is converted into phenylalanine in the body. Therefore, patients with phenylketonuria, a genetic disorder that requires restriction of phenylalanine, should not take this medication. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components should not use it. Additionally, patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should avoid using this medication. This medication is also not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Nursing mothers should also exercise caution as it is uncertain whether this medication is secreted in breast milk. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, mouth inflammation, heartburn, or diarrhea occur, or symptoms such as rash, itching, headache, tinnitus, shortness of breath occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional should be consulted. This medication can reduce the effectiveness of certain antibiotics when co-administered, so it should be taken at least 2 hours apart from such antibiotics. Do not mix this medication with other drugs, and store it in its original container to prevent quality degradation or misuse. It is also very important to keep this medication out of the reach of children.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication should be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, thiamphenicol). Avoid the addition of other drugs to the solution of this medication.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to keep the medication at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C during storage. This will help maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer period.
