This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by colds, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Adults should take 1 tablet three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Although rare, serious skin reactions may occur while using this medication; if any abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching appear, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, be careful not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and do not take it together with other medications containing acetaminophen. People who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, have experienced asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. Also, individuals with lactose intolerance or specific genetic diseases should not take this medication. While taking this medication, be careful not to combine it with other medications that contain cough or cold preparations, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to Tartrazine should take this medication with caution. Infants with chickenpox or influenza, children under 15 years old, individuals with allergic constitution, or those who have previously experienced drug allergies should consult a specialist before taking this medication. It is also important for patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly patients, pregnant women, and nursing mothers to consult a doctor before using this medication. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. It is generally recommended not to administer this medication to children under two years old, and if absolutely necessary, obtain a doctor's examination. When taking this medication, follow the prescribed dosage and frequency, do not use it for extended periods, and it is advisable to avoid alcohol. Additionally, there may be a risk of side effects when used with certain medications, so consult a professional and inform them immediately if any unusual symptoms arise. Store this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight and moisture, in a cool, sealed container.
