Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylactic shock may rarely occur, so the patient’s condition should be closely monitored after administration. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should especially avoid using this drug during the first three months of pregnancy, and caution is needed during breastfeeding due to potential side effects in the infant.
