This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of cold, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

Precautions

This drug can put strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If any severe abnormal symptoms such as skin rash, blisters, or red spots appear while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. Due to the pseudoephedrine included in this medication, rare but serious skin reactions may occur, so if fever, red spots, or small blisters develop, stop taking it and consult an expert.   • Asthma, liver dysfunction (jaundice, general malaise), interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever)
  • Sudden and very severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances
  • Significant decrease in urine output

Mild side effects

Rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues (heartburn, discomfort in the stomach, stomach pain)
