The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions, and if a rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and care should be taken to ensure that the total intake of all acetaminophen products, including this medication, does not exceed this limit. Individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months old, or those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. People with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid this medication. While taking this medication, it is safer not to use cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics and analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Infants and children infected with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, those with a history of allergic symptoms, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly individuals, pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional before taking it. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, and closely monitor for severe allergic reactions or symptoms of liver dysfunction. Children under two years old should not take this medication unless in special circumstances. Always follow the prescribed dosage and duration of use, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from drinking alcohol. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery. When taken with certain drugs, the metabolism of acetaminophen may slow, so consultation with a professional is necessary, and the body condition should be carefully monitored when administered in combination. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place to maintain quality. It is important not to transfer it to another container.
