Precautions

Caution should be taken when this medication is used by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system and increase the risk of serious thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke, thus those with cardiovascular disease or risk factors should be closely monitored. This medication can cause severe adverse reactions such as ulcers, bleeding, and perforations in the gastrointestinal tract, so care should be taken particularly by individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or the elderly. Serious allergic reactions or hypersensitivity reactions may occur, and if symptoms such as skin rash or mucosal damage appear, immediately discontinue use. This medication may affect kidney function; therefore, individuals with kidney disease, the elderly, or those taking diuretics or blood pressure medications should regularly check their kidney function. It may reduce reproductive ability, so women planning pregnancy should avoid taking this medication. This medication should not be used in specific allergic patients or individuals with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, those under 15 years of age, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Regular blood tests and checks of liver and kidney function should be conducted during prolonged use to detect adverse reactions early and respond appropriately. The risk of bleeding may increase when taken in combination with other anti-inflammatory analgesics or medications that affect blood coagulation; therefore, a doctor's guidance should be followed. This medication must not be taken during pregnancy, particularly in the later stages, as it may severely affect the fetus; it is also advised not to use it while breastfeeding. The elderly, having weakened bodily functions, may have a higher likelihood of side effects and should use it cautiously at the minimum dosage. In case of overdose, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney and liver damage, and severe poisoning symptoms may occur, necessitating immediate medical attention for appropriate treatment. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept sealed in its original container to maintain its quality.
