It is not administered to breastfeeding women, and it is unknown whether this medication is excreted in breast milk. Safety and efficacy in elderly individuals have not been sufficiently studied, however, dosage adjustment is not necessary. This medication may lower prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, so caution should be exercised when interpreting test results.
