How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 12 years should take 10 mL three times a day after meals.

Child dose

Children under 12 years old must consult a physician.

Precautions

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may rarely cause severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. If fever or red spots and small blisters appear on the skin, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. Especially, individuals who are allergic to this medication or have severely impaired liver, kidney, or heart function should not take it. Furthermore, those with urination difficulties, hypertension, heart diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and infants under 2 years of age should not use this medication. Due to several drug interactions, if you are taking specific medications such as blood pressure medications, alcohol, sleeping pills, or antidepressants, you must consult a specialist. While taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid activities requiring attention, such as driving or operating hazardous machinery. Those with asthma, glaucoma, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid issues, or benign prostatic hyperplasia should consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or if high fever, severe neurological symptoms, skin reactions, gastrointestinal issues, or urination difficulties occur, immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. Overdosing may cause hallucinations, seizures, insomnia, etc., so careful monitoring is required, and immediate emergency treatment should be sought if such symptoms occur. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children and protected from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. It is also important to store it in its original container with the cap tightly closed.
