This medication is used to relieve various symptoms associated with colds, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older: 2 capsules per dose, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.

Child dose

Aged over 7 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule per dose, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication or other analgesics. This medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if you develop a rash or hypersensitivity after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Since this product contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. Itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not use with MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's drugs).
