Precautions

This drug may irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa, leading to esophageal adverse reactions such as esophagitis, esophageal ulcers, and esophageal erosion. If symptoms of esophageal irritation occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Take this medication with a sufficient amount of water, and do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking it to reduce the risk of esophageal irritation. Patients with esophageal discharge disorders or those who cannot sit or stand up straight for more than 30 minutes, patients allergic to any component of this drug, patients with hypocalcemia, and patients with specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take this medication. Adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal pain, nausea, dyspepsia, musculoskeletal pain, headache, dizziness, and skin rash may occur during treatment; if symptoms are severe, consult a doctor. This drug can interfere with the absorption when taken along with calcium supplements or antacids, so there should be at least a 30-minute interval between doses. Care should be taken when using it in conjunction with aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as gastrointestinal adverse reactions may increase. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should be cautiously administered based on a doctor's judgment, and it is not recommended for children. It is not recommended for patients with severely impaired renal function. If calcium and vitamin D are deficient during treatment, it is advised to take supplements, and patients should be fully informed of the correct method of administration and precautions. In case of overdose, hypocalcemia and gastrointestinal irritation may occur, so consult medical personnel immediately, and do not induce vomiting but keep the patient upright. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be transferred to another container.
