Relief of phlegm and cough
This medication is used to alleviate phlegm and cough that induce phlegm.
Adults and children over 15 years take 2 capsules orally three times a day after meals.
Children aged 8 to 14 years take 1 capsule orally three times a day after meals.
This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypersensitivity or those who have experienced allergic reactions after taking this medication in the past. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum and children under 8 years old should not use this medication. While taking this medication, it is recommended not to take other cough suppressants, expectorants, or cold medications together. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and nursing women should consult a professional before taking this medication. Elderly individuals and those with allergies, or anyone who has previously experienced drug allergies, should also seek consultation before taking. If any high fever or serious diseases related to the heart, liver, or kidneys exist, consult a professional as well. This medication contains a dye called Red No. 40, which should be approached with caution by those allergic to this ingredient. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, headache, or blood-stained phlegm appear during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Rarely, severe skin disorders or anaphylactic shock, liver dysfunction, and other serious symptoms may occur, requiring immediate medical assistance. If symptoms do not improve after taking for 3-4 days, it is advisable to stop using and seek consultation. It is essential to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when given to children, they must be supervised by a guardian. Diarrhea or dry mouth may occur, and if these symptoms persist or worsen, stop using and consult a professional. Using this medication may temporarily increase phlegm production. Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to avoid air or moisture exposure. It is advisable to maintain storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This helps to maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer period.
