Summary

Main use
Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
Who takes it
Adults · Children
Adult dose
For children aged 12 years and older and adults: Dosage is adjusted according to the severity of pain and therapeutic response. It is recommended to start with a dose of 2 tablets, with subsequent doses taken at least 6 hours apart, and not exceeding 8 tablets per day. The lowest effective dose should be administered for the shortest duration possible. Avoid long-term administration of this medication beyond necessity, and if prolonged treatment is required due to the nature and severity of the condition, regular monitoring should be conducted to assess the continuation of this medication. Elderly: Usually, administer the standard adult dosage. However, in elderly patients over 75 years of age, oral administration of tramadol has shown a 17% increase in elimination half-life, so ensure that this medication is administered at least 6 hours apart. Renal Impaired Patients: For moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 10-30 ml/min), extend the dosing interval to 12 hours. This medication is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min). Tramadol is removed very slowly during hemodialysis; therefore, it is not necessary to re-administer this medication after dialysis to maintain analgesic effects. Hepatic Impaired Patients: For moderate hepatic impairment, carefully consider extending the dosing intervals for administration. This medication should not be administered to patients with severe hepatic impairment.
Child dose
Follow the dosage for children aged 12 years and older and adults.
