Acute bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchi that occurs suddenly, mainly caused by infection. Symptoms may include cough, phlegm, and difficulty in breathing. This medication helps relieve these symptoms and reduce inflammation to facilitate breathing. In particular, appropriate treatment according to the cause of infection is provided to promote quick recovery. It is used for the treatment of acute bronchitis.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, taken with a small amount of water.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is safe not to administer to patients who are prone to bleeding or taking anticoagulant medications. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should not take this medication. People with allergic reactions to the ingredients of this medication should avoid its use. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with issues dissolving lactose or genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactose deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Rarely, symptoms of bleeding such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur. Allergic reactions such as skin rash, urticaria, and itching may occur. In very rare cases, serious allergic reactions may occur, characterized by facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and decreased blood pressure, necessitating caution. Liver dysfunction may manifest, so liver function tests should be observed. Since platelet counts may decrease, it is advisable to check your status through blood tests. If symptoms of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a physician. If symptoms like fever, shortness of breath, or blood in sputum persist for several days, cease use and inform healthcare professionals. It is advisable to avoid taking this medication while lying down. This medication may affect blood coagulation, thus increasing the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulants such as warfarin. It is safe not to use this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In case of overdose, side effects may worsen, so it should be discussed with a physician. Keep out of reach of children, and avoid transferring to other containers as it may pose risks of quality degradation or accidents.
