How to take
Adult dose
Adults and the elderly: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with sufficient water. It is advisable to take it before bedtime. If cramping occurs, it may be taken for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, as well as individuals with kidney disease.
