COOLNAZAL Spray

Adult use

For individuals aged 12 years and older, spray once into each nostril 1 to 3 times a day. Adjust the dosage according to age and symptoms, but do not exceed 3 times a day and maintain a minimum interval of 8 hours between uses.

This medication should not be used by children under 12 years of age. People who have had allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not use it. Patients taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications known as MAO inhibitors, or those who have stopped such medications within the last two weeks, should not use this medication. While using this medication, do not take or use medications containing diphenhydramine. Before using this medication, individuals with a history of allergies, those who have experienced allergic symptoms from medications, and patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should consult a healthcare professional before use. It is also essential for patients under treatment or those with specific coughing symptoms to consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as skin rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after three days of use, stop use and consult a doctor. This medication must be used as directed, and excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. It should only be used for treating rhinitis and should not be applied to the eyes or ears. Avoid sharing it with others and do not use continuously for more than seven days. Since drowsiness may occur while using this medication, caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery, and alcohol should be avoided. Supervision by a guardian is required when used in children. This medication contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause bronchospasm, and prolonged use may irritate the nasal passages or cause swelling of the mucous membranes. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
