Citrullin Liquid (Citrulline Malate)

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 g of citrulline malate per dose, 3 times daily. However, do not administer for 4 weeks or longer.

Child dose

Children (6 years and older): Take 1 g of citrulline malate per dose, 2 times daily.

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is broken down into phenylalanine in the body. Therefore, patients with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take this medication. Children under 6 years old should not take this medication. Pregnant women are advised to avoid this medication as its safety has not been established. Breastfeeding women are also advised not to take this medication. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than a month, consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and directions. When administering to children, supervision and guidance from a guardian are required. Rarely, mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur at the beginning of treatment, so caution is advised. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and must be kept tightly closed in its original container. Transferring it to another container may cause misuse or degradation in quality, so caution is advised.
