Improvement of sputum discharge difficulties in acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma
This medication is used to improve symptoms of difficulty in sputum discharge in acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
For acute illness in adults: 200 mg once, three times a day For chronic illness in adults: 200 mg once, twice a day
For acute illness in children (6 to 14 years): 200 mg once, twice a day For chronic illness in children (6 to 14 years): 100 mg once, three times a day For cystic fibrosis in children (6 years and older): 200 mg once, three times a day
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to it or its ingredients. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid taking this medication. Additionally, children under 2 years old should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose; therefore, patients with hereditary lactose intolerance should avoid taking it. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. It is also safe for breastfeeding women to consult with a professional before taking this medication, as it is uncertain whether this medication passes into breast milk. Individuals who are allergic or sensitive to the dye components included in this medication should take it with caution. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, mouth inflammation, heartburn, or diarrhea occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or bronchospasm in asthma patients occur, stop taking the medication immediately. Symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or high blood pressure may also rarely occur, so caution is advised. Severe allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing may occur; if these symptoms arise, consult medical personnel immediately. This medication may reduce the effectiveness of certain antibiotics when taken together, so a minimum interval of 2 hours should be allowed between taking these two medications. It is advisable to avoid mixing this medication's solution with other drugs. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and kept in its original container to prevent misuse or deterioration of quality.

This medication must be taken with at least a 2-hour interval when used with oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, thiamphenicol).
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture, and it is recommended to store it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way can help maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer period.
