This medication is used for patients who require concomitant treatment with telmisartan and rosuvastatin. Telmisartan primarily helps reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular disease death in high-risk cardiovascular patients who cannot use ACE inhibitors. Rosuvastatin Calcium is utilized for treating hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, and is used as an adjunct when dietary measures and exercise are insufficient. It is also effective in delaying the progression of atherosclerosis and reducing cardiovascular disease risk. This combination helps improve overall cardiovascular health in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
