This medicine effectively alleviates symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and head heaviness caused by common cold, acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. These symptoms can cause discomfort in daily life, and using this medication can significantly relieve them. It is used to reduce patient discomfort and help maintain a pleasant daily routine.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For teenagers aged 12 years and older or adults, spray once into each nostril (apply) up to three times a day. The application interval should be at least 8 hours apart.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by children under 12 years of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components should avoid its use. Those who are currently taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants or antipsychotics) within the past 2 weeks should not use this product. Individuals who have had brain surgery or specific brain-related surgeries should not use this medication. Patients with closed-angle glaucoma should not take this medication. Patients with dry or atrophic rhinitis should also refrain from using this product. Patients with specific tumors or prostatic hypertrophy should avoid this medication. Patients with an allergy or hypersensitivity to propylene glycol should use this medication with caution. Those with a history of allergic reactions to medications or who are allergic may need to consult a healthcare professional before use. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma must consult a doctor before using this medication. Caution is advised for those taking certain antidepressants. Individuals who experience strong sympathetic nervous system stimulation responses such as insomnia, dizziness, tremors, cardiac arrhythmia, or elevated blood pressure should use this product with caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Lactating women must follow medical advice as it is unknown whether this medication is excreted in breast milk. Patients under treatment should consult medical personnel before using this product. People with prolonged coughing or specific respiratory diseases should consult a doctor before use. If allergy symptoms such as rash, swelling, or itching occur during use of this product, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after three days of use, stop using the medication and consult a physician. If rare symptoms such as severe headache, nausea, vomiting, or visual disturbances occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. The prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, as excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication should only be used in the nose and not in the eyes or ears. Avoid sharing and it is advisable to use it personally to prevent contamination. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days, and avoid alcohol during use. When using in children, supervision and guidance from an adult is required. Benzalkonium chloride present in this product may cause bronchospasm; therefore, long-term use may lead to irritation or swelling of the nasal mucosa. Keep out of reach of children and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers, and prevent misuse.
