Precautions

This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should not be administered to patients with a tendency to bleed or those taking anticoagulant medications. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should not take this medication. People with allergic reactions to the ingredients of this medication should not use it. Children under 12 years of age should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose and should not be taken by individuals who are intolerant to lactose or have specific genetic metabolic disorders. Digestive symptoms such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea may occasionally occur with this medication. Rarely, bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur. Allergic reactions such as skin rash, hives, or itching may occur rarely. Very rarely, severe allergic reactions that lead to facial swelling or difficulty breathing can occur, so caution is advised. Abnormal liver function may occur, and liver inflammation symptoms may appear in some patients. A drop in platelet count may happen, so it is necessary to check blood test results. If symptoms of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, upper abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. If fever persists, difficulty breathing occurs, or blood-tinged sputum is coughed up, stop taking the medication and visit a hospital. It is advisable to take this medication while sitting or standing rather than lying down. No significant interactions with other medicines have been reported; however, caution should be exercised when taking with anticoagulant medications as it may affect blood coagulation. In case of overdose, side effects may worsen, so consult a doctor immediately if the dosage is exceeded. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children and avoid transferring to other containers.
