Precautions

This medication is not safe for use in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients with bleeding tendencies or those taking blood coagulation inhibitors should not use this medication. It is advisable not to administer this medication to patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function. If there is a history of allergic reactions to any components of this medication, it should be avoided. Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Children under 12 years old are also advised against using this medication. This medication contains lactose and is not suitable for patients with lactose intolerance. While taking, gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur, so caution is required. Rarely, bleeding symptoms like gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur; if there are any unusual symptoms, consult a doctor immediately. Allergic reactions, such as skin rash, hives, and itching, may occur; if symptoms are severe, discontinue use. In very rare cases, severe allergic reactions that cause facial swelling or difficulty breathing may occur, requiring urgent treatment. It may affect liver function, possibly raising liver enzyme levels or presenting symptoms of hepatitis, so liver health should be monitored. There may be a risk of decreased platelet count, hence regular blood tests are recommended. Signs of liver damage, such as skin or eye jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, and loss of appetite, necessitate immediate discontinuation of the medication and consultation with a healthcare provider. If serious symptoms such as fever, respiratory distress, or blood-tinged phlegm persist, discontinue use and visit a hospital. When taking the medication, it is safer to swallow while sitting or standing rather than lying down. While no drug interactions have been reported so far, caution is advised for patients taking anticoagulants. The safety for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women has not been established, hence it is advisable not to use it. Overdosage may exacerbate side effects, so adhere to the prescribed dosage and consult medical staff immediately if overdose occurs. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer to another container.
