This medication contains lactose, so those with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not take it. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before taking this medicine as its safety has not been sufficiently studied, and it should only be used when necessary. Breastfeeding women are also advised to consult a healthcare professional as it is uncertain whether this medication is excreted in breast milk. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, inflammation in the mouth, heartburn, or diarrhea occur while taking this medicine, it should be stopped immediately and a doctor consulted. If allergic reactions such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or worsening asthma symptoms occur, stop taking the medicine and consult a healthcare provider. If symptoms of rapid heartbeat or high blood pressure, or severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis occur, stop taking the medicine immediately. This medicine may reduce the effect of certain antibiotics, so it is recommended to take it at least 2 hours apart from antibiotics. It is safe not to mix other medications in the solution of this medicine. Keep out of reach of children and it's important to store in its original container to maintain the quality of the medication. For inhalation purposes, patients with bronchial asthma or poor respiratory function should consult a healthcare professional before use. Inhalation may rarely cause bronchospasm or difficulty in breathing, and if these symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Mild odors, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite may occur after inhalation, so close observation is necessary. Inhalation may increase bronchial secretions, so appropriate measures should be taken if sputum expectoration is difficult. This medicine for inhalation may also diminish effectiveness when used with antibiotics, so separate dosing or other administration methods should be considered. After using a nebulizer, it should be washed immediately, and care should be taken not to contact the solution for a prolonged period. Elderly patients may experience reduced physiological function, so their condition should be closely monitored and the medication should be taken with caution.
