Pain relief including cold (fever, pain) and toothache
This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, as well as toothache. It can also be used for headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It helps alleviate various pains and inflammation, improving symptoms.
Take 1 to 2 tablets 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.
This medication may pose a risk of liver damage if taken regularly by individuals consuming more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or have shown symptoms such as rash, itching, or swelling should not use it. Those with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, or who have experienced asthma attacks while taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or cold medications should also avoid taking it. People with peptic ulcers, severe blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or heart failure should not use this medication. Patients taking barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants, as well as individuals who have consumed alcohol, should not take this medication. This product contains acetaminophen, so caution is advised when taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products as it may lead to liver damage. Individuals with liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, peptic ulcers, blood abnormalities, tendency to bleed, heart function problems, or a history of hypersensitivity reactions should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Patients with bronchial asthma, the elderly, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and patients on long-term warfarin therapy should also seek advice. If symptoms such as hives, swelling, difficulty breathing, abnormal blood symptoms, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe skin rashes, or liver dysfunction symptoms occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are necessary during long-term use, and appropriate measures should be taken if the duration of treatment is extended. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dose and be particularly cautious of adverse reactions. This medication may mask symptoms of infection, so appropriate antibiotics should be used if an infection is suspected. Taking this medication with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol may slow drug metabolism, potentially increasing the toxicity of acetaminophen. In case of overdose, immediate treatment is necessary even if no clear symptoms are present, and medication for liver protection may be required. The safety of this medication during pregnancy has not been established; it should only be used when the benefits outweigh the risks, especially in late pregnancy as it may affect the fetus. Safety for children has also not been established, so caution is advised. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, it should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container may pose a risk of misuse or degradation of quality.
