Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, so patients with phenylketonuria, who have difficulty metabolizing phenylalanine, should avoid taking it. The daily intake of aspartame should be adjusted not to exceed WHO recommended levels, and for adults, it should not exceed a maximum of 2.4g per day. Patients with an allergy to this drug or any of its components should not take it, and those with lactose intolerance or certain genetic disorders should avoid it due to its lactose content. Various adverse reactions have been reported in asthma and allergic rhinitis patients, including fatigue, headache, dyspepsia, cough, and rash, so consult a doctor if symptoms occur. Especially rarely, serious symptoms such as systemic eosinophilia or vasculitis can occur, so if there are respiratory symptoms worsening or skin rashes, inform medical personnel immediately. This medication is not an emergency treatment for acute asthma attacks, so a separate short-acting inhaler should be used during acute symptoms, and it should be taken continuously according to the doctor's instructions. Patients with aspirin hypersensitivity should avoid taking aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs while using this medication. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and pediatric and elderly patients should also take it cautiously according to a doctor's instruction. There is no specific antidote for overdose, so general symptomatic treatment should be provided, and medical personnel's guidance should be followed. This medication is sensitive to light, so do not open the packaging until right before taking it, and it is recommended to take it immediately after opening. Keep out of reach of children and avoid transferring to other containers to prevent quality degradation or accident risks. If there are neuropsychiatric symptoms or abnormal behaviors during use, inform a doctor immediately and seek advice. This medication helps to control asthma and allergic rhinitis symptoms, but do not abruptly discontinue or change the dosage of other asthma treatments without a doctor's instruction.
