How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or have exhibited hypersensitivity reactions to its components should also avoid taking it. Additionally, those who are currently taking or have taken MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or antiparkinsonian medications within the last 2 weeks, should not take this medication. During the course of this medication, it is safe to avoid taking other cough medications, cold medications, allergy medications, and sedatives. Especially, individuals with a history of allergies or a family history of allergies or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions from medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist beforehand. It is also advisable for individuals with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, the elderly, frail individuals, or those with high fever to consult a professional before taking this medication. Pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, or nursing women should definitely consult a professional. If you have conditions such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or if you have a cough with persistent phlegm, fever or rash, or headaches, you must consult a doctor before taking this medication. If you experience symptoms such as skin rash or itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, or insomnia after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5 to 6 times, it is necessary to discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication should not be used for children under 2 years old, and if necessary, a doctor's evaluation should be sought. When taking this medication, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and for children under 7 years old, syrup formulations are recommended instead of this medication. It is also safe to avoid alcohol while taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept tightly closed, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture in a cool place. Furthermore, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
