This medication is used for relief of various pains such as headache, toothache, joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, sprain pain, and menstrual pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1–2 tablets once, up to 3–4 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. People who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this medication, those who have experienced asthma attacks, patients with peptic ulcers, and individuals with severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals taking barbiturate drugs or tricyclic antidepressants, as well as those who consume alcohol should not take this medication. While taking this medication, avoid taking other acetaminophen-containing products, antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives, and ensure that the daily maximum dosage of acetaminophen is not exceeded. Particularly, people with allergic constitutions or a history of drug allergies, children, elderly persons, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals with liver or kidney diseases must consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, or jaundice appear after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication requires regular testing if taken long-term as a treatment for symptom relief, and should not be taken with other anti-inflammatory analgesics. In case of overdose, even if there are no symptoms, seek medical attention promptly for liver protective treatment. Mild side effects

Rash, redness (congestion and flushing), itching, swelling (edema) (larynx, eyelids, lips, etc.), nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, asthma, pruritus, joint pain, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, impaired platelet function, cyanosis, allergic reactions, fixed drug eruption, elevated AST, elevated ALT
