This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and ages 7 and above: Administer 2 sprays in each nostril up to 6 times a day. The intervals should be at least 3 hours apart, and adjustments should be made based on age and symptoms.

Children's dosage

Ages 2 to under 7 years: Administer 1 spray in each nostril up to 6 times a day. The intervals should be at least 3 hours apart, and adjustments should be made based on age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in infants under 2 years of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components, or have had hypersensitivity reactions in the past, should avoid using it. People taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson medications, or who have discontinued such medications within the past 2 weeks, should not use this medication. During the use of this medication, avoid using products containing diphenhydramine or topical applications. Those with a history of allergic reactions such as hives, dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies should consult a physician or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma should consult with a healthcare professional before use. Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant should consult a physician before using this medication. If you have respiratory diseases such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema, or if you have a persistent cough, you should seek professional advice before use. This medication contains propylene glycol, so individuals with allergies to this ingredient should use it with caution. If symptoms such as skin rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, stop using it and consult a healthcare professional. Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration, as excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication is intended solely for use as a nasal spray for rhinitis treatment and should not be used in the eyes or ears. To prevent infections, it is advised not to use this medication with others. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days, and avoid alcohol during use.
